Rêve Bistrot is the new place to go for authentic cuisine that tells the story of Liguria with an international twist. Located on the ground floor of the Hotel Europa Palace, with a cozy terrace overlooking the casino of Sanremo, Rêve Bistrot offers an exclusive private room that can accommodate up to 10 people.
Open daily from 12:00pm to 1:00am, it’s a place where you can meet for lunch, afternoon coffee, an aperitif with cocktails or dinner.
The menu is guided by the seasons, utilising local ingredients while maintaining a balance between Ligurian tradition and oriental cuisine.

The bistrot boasts a collection of selected wines and a carefully curated menu that includes regional, Italian, and foreign labels. Private tastings can be arranged by the sommelier.
Inside, the ‘Rêve’ bar reinvents the classics with local ingredients, offering a sophisticated and surprising cocktail menu.
